introducing the cheapie i've been working on: neo frisk this project really is just simply a demonstration on how powerful they are though i'd they aren't an internal or a advanced cheapie yet, though they are definitely the world's most dangerous mosquito to deal with now about frisk their moveset is mostly based on YUTO's Madness Mario and a little bit of Gramsen's Frisk character. all of which are from mugen of course!! currently neo frisk has about 7 moves (8 if you count the healing move), one of them being a assist call move with about 4 assists. in total frisk has about 11/12 attacks which isn't much but it works. frisk also has a damage limit of 199 and a whopping phase 2 when their hp drops to zero though thats all ill reveal for now, the rest will be a suprise :) if you cant tell what happened in the battle because you dont have ears heres a quick summary: CC74 helped heavily due to his OHKO attacks but sadly didn't have any defense mechanisms so he immediately just dies in 1 minute THANOID was tied to p2 hp because of how i do simuls in NNM. though his defense systems weren't enough and p2 team lost K-marisa uh okay ill be honest she was useless for the entire fight and kept dying over and over but uhh she kind of survived somewhat
