Behold, an AY minigame designed using the idea from the current SDS (Lights Out), it's Night Fright! (Now on Virtual Boy because why not?) One day, remixer808 was just minding his own business, until he heard a knock on the door. He answered it and found a package, and inside it was... a Virtual Boy? There was already a game cartridge inside it, but it was too faded to read. Out of curiosity of what the game could be, he decided to play it himself. When all of a sudden... he was transported into the game! He now finds himself inside a dark maze, with only a dim light at his disposal. Shortly after he started exploring, he finds his friends, also trapped in the game with him, so they decide to work together to try and find an exit. But little do they know... something was also in the maze with them... hoping to claim them as its next victims. The rules for remixing: When you go to remix, you must comment "Remixing" in order to let everyone else know you are remixing this project In your remix, you may not edit the code of any character in any way, except for one exception, being the block that says [NAME HERE] (enter your character's name and values for the other two blanks into that block) While remixing, do not change the Hitbox costume in ANY way, and make sure the light source in your costumes are centered properly (the costumes that need a light source are already given one in the template, do not add light sources) If one of the template's costumes is in red and black, then your character MUST be in the Virtual Boy's color scheme for that costume. Finally, you must add three voice clips to your character (copy and paste the sounds to the already included empty sounds in your character) You're also allowed to add more music to the project. (Preferably ones that match the tone of the project.) If you still need help, the AY minigame studio should give you an idea of how these work Rules for the game: When remixing, you must follow these rules 1 Don't break Scratch Guidelines (dur) 2 Don't edit anything you didn't make (unless it breaks a rule) 3 Do not ruin the game, no touching anything 4 Do not make your characters broken, no overpowered stats, no changing the hitbox, nothing 5 Do not remove music from the project. If there's certain music or jingles you don't want to hear, utilize the audio exemptions instead of removing them completely. 6 No still PNGs for characters (you can't just put a face on a png and call it a day [this does not apply to characters animated using PNGs]) 7 No oversized characters, and no changing the size of your character. 8 Have fun, or you could be trapped in the Virtual Boy next!
