rant (wrote this at 2 am): oh i’m going to be inactive here btw until scratch is alive again. without top loved, top remixed and a frozen trending (basically without a stable frontpage), there’s no point in sharing the games i’ve been working on, specially my biggest game connect (15k blocks). this is not only applying for me, but for most “good” scratchers. (thats why a lot have left). THEY ARE LETTING SCRATCH DIE. i dont even know if i’m sharing Connect at this point… i’m not saying this because of the fame, it’s because we deserve recognition for our games, and it’s pointless to share it now if barely anyone is going to see the hard work. the only functional thing now is the search bar. pretty ironic. oh and featured projects. Scratch needs to change. I don’t really like some of the new stuff they’re implementing, like the memberships, but just like they added the thumbnail and face sensing update (W updates btw), they should just start changing the general approach of the website: both front-page and community wise. moving to codetorch? idk. used to be #1 in follows there but now i’m #8 lol might share Connect there… it’s suddenly popular lol
