Looking to bring some tiny bundles of joy into the nursery of your clan? Look no further than the official Under The Lake kit guide! Here, all your litter questions will be answered, along with a lot more information you never knew you needed! Now, without further ado, let's get into it! A litter is 1-7 kits born to or adopted by an adult cat. These kits are generally from the cat's clan, but on occasion, a cat will adopt kits from a different species. A litter is parented by an AMAB and AFAB cat, but may be adopted by or surrogate to any cat who is old enough to raise a litter. A non-adopted litter must only be comprised of the type(s) of cat parenting the litter, but an adopted kit can be from any clan, no matter the parent's clan (ex. a bettacat adopted by an AnglerClan parent) Now, there are a few required pieces of information that you must have in your litter. You must have: Names of kits Assigned genders of kits Species of kits Any mutations/disabilities/neurodivergencies/ect. which require research (MUST BE NOTED CLEARLY) DETAILED description and/or drawing of kits Parent name(s) Owners of parent(s) Now, let's get into the types of litters! There are only three, so it's pretty easy to remember. FCFS - these are the easiest to win! It stands for First Come, First Serve. Whoever applies to a kit first wins it! S - this is the most difficult! S stands for Selective. The owner of the litter will decide who, of the applicants, wins the kits! R - this is probably the least common. This is a Random litter, in which anyone can apply for a kit but the winner is chosen randomly! Anyone can make and apply to these litters (unless the litter rules state otherwise)! Any questions? Do you want to break a rule slightly? Just ask a manager before you do!
