1-7-2021 - I recently began a tutorial that teaches how to do this and will post the link when it is finished All by me, Locomule, except free music by Deceased Superior Technician. (21 Oct - removed some redundant code from map stamping and sped the whole project up considerably) Posting this as I just got my internet turned back on and haven't posted anything in a while. The game map's purple area to the North (up and right) is blank because I haven't added that part of the map yet, so don't walk that way or let the creature out there or you might get lost. If you shoot the creature with a spell, it re-spawns but all it does is walk around. The only thing that can hurt you are the lava tiles but even if you lose all your health, nothing happens. The warp tile looks cool but does nothing yet, Same goes for the RPG items on the screen, they are just there for looks at the moment. There are a ton of confusing notes on how this system works in a comment in the Stage. I'll add more to this and update it later, I already have a new set of walls I've almost finished drawing. By the way, this perspective angle is actually called Dimetric, but in the game world, the description Isometric pretty much covers anything close to this angle. Here is my Show and Tell post: It died in the water, as they often do https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/221387/
