This is Primo, a deceased judge all the way from Pharloom. He is a skilled fighter and Judge, but he doesn't like to fight or judge others. Primo is known as the First Judge, because that is exactly what he was. He attacks with his staff, and he occasionally enhances his weapon by covering it in flames. Primo is Friendly to all who have good intentions.
