He is a silli lil guy As stated in the project, if you want to obtain the bob glove and be able to summon bob then you need to have the replica glove, which is 4,000 slaps, and use the replica (genetic engineering) ability. This ability has a 1 in 7,500 chance of summoning bob instead of your replica which grants you with the bob glove and badge. The eternal bob is a boss found in slap battles, yes it is still bob (idk about the eternal rob tho) To get to him, you need a users with tycoon, bob, god's hand, killstreak and reaper. Find out the rest yourself~ Defeating the eternal bob grants you with the rob badge.
