Move the cat with arrows. Click and drag portals to move them. Hold R while doing this to rotate them. Press E while hovering over a portal to reset its direction, and press T to rotate it 45 degrees. The O and P keys change a portal's size. Press Q to reset cat size. Pressing space toggles the portal texture.
