Hi guys! Sorry it's been a while!!! I hope you like this chapter First chapter: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/123465734 Previous: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1236506981 Next: Not yet!
Her hair was orange and really fluffy yet so smooth looking. It framed her face perfectly with its style. Her eyes were the most beautiful green I'd ever seen, and her skin was smooth and tinged a cute red, just like it and been in elementary. Everything about her was so, so pretty. She seemed to realize I was staring and looked up at me. Our eyes met and she smiled. She actually smiled at me. She was so pretty. I quickly looked away, embarrassed to be caught staring. She was so pretty.... I turned my attention to the board to look at my teacher as she began to talk. “My name is Mrs. Brunner. I'm your homeroom and ELA teacher for your freshman year. To start off our year, I want to do a get to know you activity! You will randomly receive a partner and a sheet of questions from me and then you and your partner will discuss it. I hope you have fun. Now, here are the pairings.” She went on to read the names of a sheet or paper. “Alex and Adrian…” Yes! They're together! “Melissa and Kate…”Those are such pretty names… “Ellia and Fox…” Wait… WHAT!?! I'M WITH HER?!?Oh heck…. I internally started screaming. I'm with Fox? What? Really? Is this the work of some cruel and benevolent god or dumb luck? I agonized over it while she went up to collect the questions. “Okay, should we start now?” She asked me. Her voice was so sweet and chipper. “Um, I …uuuuhhhhh. Yes? Yes. We should.” I floundered my way through language and she giggled a little before dragging her chair to my desk. “Haha! Are the same Ellia who went to *bleep* elementary school?” She asked as she sat down. “Yes, I am. Are you the same Fox who went there?” I respond while regaining my language capabilities. “Yes! Oh my God, it's been ages since I've seen you! Strange considering we were best friends huh?” She gushed. She began to blab about how weird middle school was without me, and how she missed me. I replied to this with quiet words about how I felt the same. While talking to her I felt oddly happy. Maybe I missed her more than I had thought. “Okay let's start with the questions. The first is, ‘What’s your favorite animal, real or fake?’. Hmmm, I’d say mine is a fox, like my name!” She said to me, “Mine is probably foxes too. They’re so pretty,” I said and immediately realized what I'd said. She smiled as though nothing had happened. We continued to make small talk. I learned so much about her. When we were nearing the end of homeroom, I realized something important I had to ask her. “Oh hey, could we compare schedules? I’d like to know if I’ll see you again before the end of the day!” I asked her and pulled my schedule out of my bag. “Sure! Here it is,” She replied and handed a piece of paper to me. I checked every subject. All of them, even electives. We had the exact same schedule. “They match! That’s great, we’ll be together all day!” She exclaimed with a broad smile. It was at that exact moment that I realized something. I liked Fox, and we had every class together.
