Press "W" to walk forwards. Since "Shift" is useless in Scratch, Press "Space" to sprint.
You distract twisteds, if you wait for long enough more twisteds will spawn. It's not the best distractor simulator and not 100% accurate but it would be fun to practice distracting especially for noob distractors like my friend who was new to the game and distracted without speed trinkets, only with Blushy bat, he died on floor 1 probably because he forgot that I told him that twisteds get 25% faster during panic mode which is when the elevator opens, hope you had fun!
