On a small Island somewhere near England, there is an island called the Panifl (Pan-if-L) Isles. The island was named for its lush flowers. By the same name, the Panifl flowers were known by the first people of the land for their lovely scent, unusual purple color, and the fact it was a hot spot for bees to pollinate. The reason there's blue on the flag as well is that if you were to climb the mountain of Cowata (Co-Wan-Ta), you could see the ocean that spreads for miles on end. The people were another story, but I'll get to them soon ;)
I blame @GermanMause1908 for infecting me with the "make your own fictional island disease".
