Rules: 0. NEVER remove or change the rules or notes in the sprites. 1. If remixing you HAVE to say "dibs" first in the comments OF THE NEWEST REMIX. If someone else said "dibs" you gotta wait for them to finish their project and try again. 2. do NOT take land from a country without declaring war first. 3 ONLY ONE OC, you can remix multiple times but not in a row. (Be fair!! wait like until other remixes before trying to remix again!). 4. Don't keep people waiting! If you're going to remix do NOW rather than LATER, if you suspect someone is going to take a year to make their remix let me know in the comments. 5 BE CLEAR WHO IS REMIXING. We don't want 50 remixes on one remix! It should be 1 remix and move on to the next! 6. If remixing make sure to change the number at the top! (1 so if you remix change it to 2 and etc). same thing goes for the year (the year is 0 so if you remix change it to 1 and etc.). 7. AFTER DONE REMIXING CLEAN UP! When you're done you should remove all access things, (things you added like your OC pack or etc.) The only sprite that should be in the project after you're done is the sprite1 sprite. 8. country unions are allowed. but only by sending a request. 9. Don't break Scratch TOS, community guildness or these rules. Also, if there are so much costumes it starts lagging the project, you can remove some of the previous costumes so that lagging stops. 10. only do stuff in the "sprite1" sprite. dont make any new sprites. also make sure to code it clean to prevent confusion. 11. your country CANT be an existing country (like USA, UK, Russia etc) but there are some exceptions. if your OC is a countryball like BBTLE, you can make your country as an existing country. 12. dont take any land from an existing country when starting. only take the unclaimed lands (the lands in gray). 13. when starting, dont make your country bigger than china and smaller than austria. (to clarify, china is the 3rd largest country in the world, and austria is the 115th largest). 14. when declaring war on a country, you can only take take 5 maximum provinces each remix. and you can only win the war after you take all of the enemy country's land. 15. if there is no more unclaimed land left (the lands in gray), you can join the remix chain by asking a country's owner to give some piece of land to make your country. if the owner refuses, you may want to declare war on the country or ask another country's owner. 16. no POWERPLAYING, and anything overpowered.
