For best experience: Click start multiple times before beginning If any problems occur, start the battle from scratch then press the green flag (if this doesn't fix a problem you have let me know) Instructions: Press SPACE to begin - Attack sequencing In the bottom left, there are 3 buttons while choosing attacks, and you have to pick twice. SCUBE - Red Button - Main Attack - Deals mediocre damage. No cooldown. SCUBE - Yellow Button - Energy Surge - Deals good damage. 1 turn cooldown. SCUBE - Blue Button - Defend - Heals Scube a random amount from 5 to 50. HP is kept. SJ - Red Button - Light Swipe - Deals decent damage. No cool down. SJ - Yellow Button - Heavy Swipe - Deals heavy amounts of damage. 2 turn cooldown. SJ - Blue Button - Counter - Heals SJ for a random amount of HP from 1 to 37. HP is kept. Will also do 10-11 damage. SCUBE's attack is chosen first, then SJ's. After you choose your attacks, they will take place, dealing damage and healing over the course of (at max) 1.5 seconds. Then, the DODGE sequence will take place. DODGE - Essentially just Undertale. You play as the decorated heart (which represents the people partaking in the fight of course) and have to dodge attacks. Attacks are shown in white and are USUALLY easy to notice. Being hit by an attack makes all allies take a fixed number of damage. If an ally reaches 0 HP, they faint and cannot be healed nor revived. If all of your allies faint, you lose. Upon the DODGE sequence ending, you will go back to attack picking, and this will continuously loop. Extra Details: Upon a boss reaching half HP, something will ALWAYS change. - In this case, an extra attack is added to his main attack. - If the boss faints, you win! - There is a max HP cap for allies (Scube: 120 | SJ: 80)
I've decided to make a little series of turn-based combat games with a few people I know. This is a tutorial, so don't expect the rest of the games to be this easy.
