Helidia She/her 17 y/o Bi Helidia is a daughter of Apollo, the god of light! Since she is a demigod she has some powers and a fire sword (quite literally!), but they only work when the sun is up. She also has overwhelming nyctophobia (fear of the dark/night). Since this is supposed to take place during a war or whatever, she is on the Greek side in the war, although she thinks the war is kind of dumb. She only fights because she doesn’t like how women are treated in this time period and she wants to prove that she is just as strong and awesome (and maybe more so?) than all her male colleagues or whatever… (look idk the right word so colleagues it is, but i feel like that gives modern-era coworker vibes) She has a bestie who is one of Artemis’ archers or something, and they fight together in battle. Helidia is starting to like her friend (remember they are *not* related, Artemis has no kids and has never been in a relationship) which is not great since her friend is aroace.
