I just saw the post by @TheCatLoaf don't know if that's how her user is spelled I'm typing this very quickly because of how frustrated I am with scratch. So as probably many of you know scratch has added an AI generator feature. And has said that they will be training this AI on OUR ART this just out rages me and brings it really up front in my mind that AI really is taking our creativity and our jobs and futures because people will say that they can get the same art from a quick AI generation. This means many of us wont be able to share or sell our art anymore because people will say its to expensive for an "AI looking art work" what many people seem to not realize is that AI IS BEING AND HAS BEEN BEING TRAINED OFF OF THAT EXACT SAME ARTWORK!!!!! AI will never ever be a human it will learn to do something and do it perfect every time but with human art there is the beauty of growth and change and mistakes that make the art even more interesting. But when the day comes that AI will be able to create every single peace of artwork and style perfectly no one will ever want true human made art. This makes me so sad because I love art for its mistakes and its changes over time and I dislike AI art generations for a reason. They steal peoples art who worked on their styles and art creations just to study them in SECONDS and then suddenly can recreate them perfectly. I don't feel safe sharing my artwork on scratch or even being on scratch anymore if I know AI is just going to learn of my artwork and copy it now my art itsn't very good but I know so many artists that I worry for because there art is so amazing and I cant stand the thought of it bring recreated in seconds.
