So, my Scratch Addons broke my editor's Properties bar section, and I disabled it and it worked fine again. I just wanted to send a message to notify ST of this bug! Does telling the truth and giving out the potential of the Addons having a compatibility issue break the guidelines????? There may be other people out there that have the same problem and don't know what's going on!!!!! I didn't break any rules!!!
