1. Click "see inside" 2. Click on the "Cat Mouth" sprite 3. Go the the "When Space Key Pressed" script 4. Type whatever you want in the " set my variable" box 5. Go into full-screen 6. Press space to see your words pop out on screen and appear as if they were typed out!
This was all my own code. It's actually not very hard to code. However, the costumes are from @griffpatch's Scratch Cat Lip Sync project. I just adapted the code to the new sprite and lips.
