This is Puppettale's Frisk. After being an idiot and tripping into the hole leading to the Underground, they met Puppet!Flowey. After meeting Flowey, Frisk ran into Puppet!Toriel who was currently the ruler of the Ruins.* She gladly let Frisk in hoping that she would be able to stop this ongoing war. Frisk then met Chara, and learned all about their time in the underground.* Frisk then became really good friends with them, but soon had to make a decision: Leave the underground, or help Chara. Also she really likes frogs.
*They obviously met some other monsters on the way too. *Except the bad parts
