So I realized that at the rate TCF is growing- I can't manage everything myself. So I'm writing some rules and stuff for people who want to be staff in TCF. CONTENTS-- ↣ Behavior ↣ Characters ↣ Litters/Mates ↣ Storage ↣ Exp ↣ Open positions ↣ Forms BEHAVIOR-- ↣ Thread staff need to look over as many threads as possible in each studio to ensure these guidelines are being followed. ↣ If a person finds a reply offensive, you should give the offender a warning, even if the offender didn't mean to be rude. I want people to be more careful with their words ^^ ↣ first key is hiss ↣ Don't be rude with warnings or bans. Tell the person politely what happened, and if they don't think it was fair, they can fill out a ban appeal form. CHARACTERS-- ↣ In this rp, you can have one character PER ACCOUNT. If someone wants multiple characters, they can use another account. HOWEVER, if they get banned on one account, they get banned on ALL of them. ↣ When a character is 200 moons old, they automatically receive a d3ath message because that's the max age. LITTERS/MATES-- ↣ I would say the max amount of Mates is 3-4 if ALL of them agree OORP. After 5 I would give a warning, cause that's kinda gross, but yeah. ↣ Parented Litters can be biological or adopted. Donated Litters are only allowed if it says they're open. ↣ I don't mind if you rp the birth, as long as it's NOT detailed, but you MUST rp what happens immediately after. ↣ next key is melt ↣ Litters cannot have more than 7 pups in them. ↣ Research is required for any special conditions unless the person has it themself. STORAGE-- ↣ storage mods should stay VERY active and update the storage whenever possible. ↣ Please make absoloute certain you have the correct information. EXP-- wip last key is fire OPEN POSITIONS-- ↣ Bio manager (CLOSED) ↣ looks over sign-up bios and gives feedback but cannot accept bios. Only I can do that. ↣ Storage manager (5) (one for each skulk/studio except d3ad) ↣ Stores names and owners of each fox (and if you want to, pronouns/sexualities) ↣ Activity tracker (5) ↣ checks to make sure each person is active and issues warnings for inactive characters. ↣ Thread staff (4) ↣ monitors Behavior inRP and OORP ↣ Advertiser (10) ↣ advertises the rp and spreads awareness ↣ Prey manager (10) ↣ counts Prey! at the end of each week they post ONE comment in each studio that says "Prey Cutoff" and then the amount of prey caught. FORM(S)-- For Bio mod, Activity mod, and Thread mod: Username // about you // do you have an active living character? // what position do you want? // why should you get that position? // activity out of 10 // codewords in a sentence (hide them well!)
