A very secretive organization, or I should say group of organizations. It's not really a country, it technically doesn't have land. :p In 2000, a wealthy arms dealer and advisor named Masaru Zhan wrote a book called "The Art of Warfare", not much is known other than it contains tens of thousands of pages, allegedly combining the works of thousands of generals, criminals, bandits, rebels, etc, going into every detail on warfare. Masaru Zhan came from an impoverished village, he rose the ranks of an arms dealing company, becoming it's CEO at the age of 21. He fought in several militaries, always seeking the thrill of combat, excelling and becoming an advisor to several leaders. Many times people tried to assassinate him, but each time he killed the assassin. He mysteriously died at the age of 66. Throughout his life, he had many wives; he treated them well, almost like close friends and never 'reproduced' with any of them. However, he is rumored to have a single child. Over two decades ago, 2001-2002, many children at the age of 3-4 vanished from all over the world. All were less fortunate; whether being orphans, born to criminals, being born into poverty, etc. It wasn't too alarming, most people didn't care, when one homeless mother was interviewed she told the small news channel "I handed my child over to a group of men who offered me a lot of money and promised my child success beyond what I could imagine". The exact amount is unknown. Some children have also gone missing since, though no where near as many. What happened to these children would be discovered only recently when in Masaru Zhan's birth village (Neutral territory), a military parade was held. A small army, made up entirely of vehicles and troops with strange looking armour rolled down the street at about 100 kph. There were some bands playing march songs sprinkled throughout the parade and in the front there was a person sitting on top of a tank's turret in even stranger armour holding what looked to be a strange halberd out in front of them and an AA-12 in their other hand. This new paramilitary group offers to work with any country for a price. More will be revealed about them in due time. :p
