------------ The sound of a ringing phone breaks the silence in the otherwise quiet house. This is the third call he has made so far. “God, he- he usually picks up quickly. What’s his deal?!” Goofball said through gritted teeth, clearly frustrated at being ignored. “I’m sure he’s just… unusually busy? He is a ‘rock star’ after all. Being famous can’t be easy for him,” Cen replied, taking a step back as he received a glare. “Look, you know he’s famous. I know for a fact that being that popular is a hassle, especially for someone like him,” Cen continued, tilting his head as he watched Goofball pace. “I know. It’s just...just- he- usually picks up on the first call by the second ring. It’s- its not like him to miss a call- even if- if he’s busy! I know him better than you do.” Goofball insisted, pointing a finger at Cen. Cen sighed, “You can always file a missing persons report if you're that worried about him.” “.. I will.” Goofball stated after a few moments, looking down at his phone at his brother's number. “It’ll be okay, I promise. I'm sure he’s fine. Just think of it as uh..he’s just busy?” Cen spoke, raising his hands in surrender as Goofball snapped, “Great help today, aren't you, Cen?”
