• Flux Neo 1a Unfortunately, Flux Neo 1a will not be receiving FluxUI 3 officially. After careful testing, performance benchmarks and optimisation attempts, we have deemed FluxUI 3 on Flux Neo 1a an unacceptable experience. Your device will continue to recieve security updates as expected. You will be able continue using all your favourite apps when FluxUI 3 releases, as long as they still support FluxUI 2. • Legacy operating systems On 18th December 2025, if you are still using a legacy OS (before FluxUI 2), it is recommended that you update to FluxUI 3. At midnight on 31st December 2025, you will no longer be able to sign in to Flux Cloud and the Flux Store using your Flux Account on older software versions. You may receive messages in apps that sync with Flux Cloud like ‘You need to update your device to continue using (app name) with Flux Cloud’. This does not affect FluxUI 2. You can continue to use FluxUI 2 after FluxUI 3 releases. Legacy operating systems do not support the latest security features and may contain exploits that can be used by hackers to steal your Flux Account credentials. If you have not received a push notification to update your software, search for ‘Software Update’ on your device. If you are already on FluxUI 2.1.4 or newer, no further action is required. • Flux Zeon Connect and Zeon 1 At midnight on 1st June 2026, you will no longer be able to use most Zeon Connect features on Flux Zeon 1. You will still be able to re-download previously purchased content, but new content cannot be purchased after this date. Online play will still work for certain games, however certain social features may be disabled (Updating your avatar, sharing content to social platforms, etc.) The developer portal cut off date is 1st March 2027. After this date, developers will no longer be able to push new updates to Flux Zeon 1 devices.
