sounds all by me ---------------------------♡ take a break and make some chamomile tea ^^ Ingredients: 1 cup of water (clean or spring water is best) 1 tablespoon of organic chamomile flowers (fresh or dried), or 1-2 tea bags Honey, sugar, or lemon to taste (optional) Instructions: Boil the water: Bring the water to a rolling boil in a kettle or saucepan. Add chamomile: Place the chamomile flowers in a tea infuser, tea ball, or French press. If using fresh flowers, you can put them directly in the pot and strain later. Steep: Pour the hot water over the flowers, cover the container to keep the essential oils from escaping, and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Be careful not to steep too long, as it can draw out bitter flavors. Strain and serve: Remove the infuser or strain the loose flowers through a fine mesh sieve into a mug.
