This creates an illusion of real RGB colors while only using the (color 0-200) block. It makes pixels that are next to one another a completely different color, so when not in full screen they mix and appear as a color with the brightness and saturation modified as well. (Enter full screen and you can see the weird pattern it makes and how it works)
