So I might Rotator Cuff Injury which is this : "rotator cuff injury involves damage (irritation, tendinitis, or tear) to the group of muscles and tendons stabilizing your shoulder, causing deep pain, weakness, and limited movement, often from overuse, aging, or a sudden fall, making overhead arm movements difficult." and my shoulder hurts every-time I raise it or lower it recovery time for it is "Rotator cuff recovery time varies greatly, from a few weeks for minor strains with physical therapy (PT)" I really hope it's just a minor injury and that I don't need Surgery Google also said this : "with PT crucial for both paths; non-surgical recovery can take months, while post-surgery involves a sling for weeks, followed by intensive rehab to regain strength and function, with full return to sport potentially taking up to a year. Healing time depends on tear severity (partial vs. full), treatment (conservative vs. surgical), age, overall health, and consistency with PT, notes Lake Washington Physical Therapy"
I hope I don't need it and it's just a minor injury..
