1. General Audition Rules (Codeword is wolf) Submission Platform: All auditions must be submitted via remix Professionalism: Treat all staff and fellow auditionees with respect. Harassment or "trash-talking" other auditions will result in immediate disqualification. Commitment: Only audition if you can commit to a recording schedule. If you cannot provide lines within 48–72 hours of a request, do not apply. 2. Technical Requirements Audio Quality: Ensure your recording area is quiet. Avoid "peaking" (clipping the audio by shouting too loud) by backing away from the microphone during high-energy lines. Raw Audio Only: Do not add background music, sound effects, or voice changers to your audition. The directors need to hear your natural voice. 3. Recording & Labeling The "Three-Take" Rule: For every audition line provided, record it three different ways (e.g., one take happy, one take sarcastic, one take angry) with a 2-second pause between each. (Optional) Slating: 4. Performance Guidelines Energy Level: Hazbin Hotel characters are high-energy and theatrical. Avoid "flat" reading; bring personality to the lines. Real codeword is Sharkstorm, use that and the fake one Ad-libbing: Small character noises (laughs, sighs, gasps) that fit the script are encouraged to show your range. No "Carbon Copies": While you should sound similar to the original show's cast, try to bring your own unique spin to the character rather than just a 1:1 impression. Must re-mix with the recording
