Description: Rice is Noodle's sister. When she was 4 years old, she escaped Kyuzo's Project: Modify, a prequel to Super Soldiers and hid in a box near a Tokyo nightclub. Her modification was combat, by the way. Murdoc, who was on vacation and just came out of the barzone, finds her and, out of pity, decides to raise her. He taught her how to play instruments, sing, and recorded many home videos with her, acting as a father to her until the government found out where the kid was hiding, in a shabby hotel with Murdoc. To save her because the government was gonna put her in a torture asylum, Murdoc sent her away to the Japanese Youth Military Force, which was her dream. She stayed and never got a break until Noodle was born and tested to share the same DNA with Rice, she was 9 when she was born and she would occasionally sneak through the vents when it was Noodle's unsupervised naptime to hang out with her and watch The Powerpuff Girls. When Rice was 16, she got taken out of the army after being promoted from lead private to sergeant the day before, the sergeant claiming that Kyuzo needed her to take Noodle to her first day of school, then the sisters got smuggled and put in separate boxes, then sent to the UK, but a mistake was made where Rice was accidentally sent to Wales instead of England, so Rice tried to search and find her until the year 2001, where Noodle remembered Rice's number and called her with Russel's CU-SeeMe, which shocked Rice, who had the same device. Noodle told her the address to Kong, and so Rice spent 4 years trekking to Kong just to find out Noodle had "passed", according to the other band members, who were mourning (El Manana incident). She was upset so she snuck onto the M. Harriet dressed as a young sailor boy named Marty Harrison, who's nickname was Dirty Harry. She stayed there until her coworkers saw her I.D after breaking her wallet open and found out her real identity as Subject7, gender female, age 29, right at the moment the ship got attacked by pirates. She jumped out with a lifeboat, until a swordfish poked it and it broke, causing Rice to drown. Meanwhile Murdoc was fishing and caught her in a net, threw her at a boulder thinking she was a "landlubber" or a "bootleg anime girl" and broke her head, causing the whole band to take care of her cuz she got amnesia. Noodle had just reunited with the band and saw her sister, immediately recognized her, and the whole band beat up Mudz (lol). Years later in 2017, Rice is 36 at this time and mentions how the nice guy known as "Alphonce" raised her. Murdoc remembers his middle name used to be Alphonce and the stories she told were familiar, so he adopted her illegally, then promoted her to band manager. That's it I guess.
