The King might change the rules to his advantage, but luckily for Corrupt, he doesn't play by the rules. Right when he was created, there was a glitch in his code, causing him to corrupt anything he touches. He couldn't play or interact with any other Deots! This led to him being lonely and depressed until something clicked. If he couldn't be happy then no one else will. He used his corrupted ability to his advantage to harm and kill anyone who even seemed to have fun or entertainment in ANY form. Yeah uh here ya go, i actually don't know much about Deots so hopefully this entry doesn't mess up lore if added. (I have a foaling it won't win after I saw the Trapper one but hey, never give up).
