Crouching under sonic booms and using hadoukens without spamming them is your best shot at beating him. unless you can beat him in some other way. Also, do not touch him or something bad will happen. Every 6 seconds he will suck up your life energy and become more powerful. (only on ultra difficulty) Check out my friend @Mrcareeto for his version!
