Another thing is when you look at the Knight's helmet, you can see antlers very similar to those in the Holiday family. Here is my complete theory: Dess is secretly The Roaring Knight and has powers (She also cosplayed as a titan in a way) and is trying to summon titans. Her mother is also doing work to make sure her identity and plans are unknown, and is attempting to use Soulless Kris to help with it as well. this is also why Carol tries to keep Susie out of the house because she doesn't want a hero there, but also allows Kris due to being in cahoots with her.
