History: In this game you are playing as the English Army. The Battle of Agincourt is one of the many battles in the Hundred Years' War. This battle is the English Army against the French Army. The French Army at the time was vast and way larger than the English Army. How could they possibly win? So how did they win?: The English Army, though smaller, did win against the French Army. The English Army were talented longbow shooters, so they took higher ground. The ground was a wet marshy land, that the French Army sunk into, because of their VERY heavy armor. Imagine carrying three ginormous backpacks to battle, and had already trudged for a week. Now you can imagine how tired the French Army was. Another disadvantage the French Army had was that the battlefield was surrounded by weird shaped woods. They formed a bottleneck entrance, so the French Army couldn't storm in all at once, instead they trudged in in small groups, only to be shot down with arrows. I know we've all been through it, whether it's soccer, or a school project or test, or even talent shows, there is always someone (maybe sometime it was even you) that just assumed he/she could do well without even trying. We all know how that ends. Horribly. That's another reason why the English Army won. The French Army just assumed that because they had a bigger army, they would win, so they didn't really train, while the English Army were working day and night to get ready for this fight. Henry V (the fifth) was the English Army's leader. Thank you for reading this *cough really long cough* history lesson, and I hope you enjoy the game! Bug OUT! -Altamont15
