I’ll see a lot of people complaining about when a romance book or a book with romance in it says “(insert name)’s eyes darken” and proceeding to question what the author mean by that. The way the human body works in when we see something that we like our pupils grow so that we can see that thing better, thus making it appear that the eye darkens. Just a friendly reminder.
