My TED talk: my update on June 10, 2024: " I have so many things I need to work on for cheer it's kinda scary (extensions, bhs, prep-extensions, chants, pop-offs, endurance, round-off bhs, etc.)" <<< I was being spotted for all the tumbling back then what I did yesterday: Running bhs on hard floor, standing on softer floor (on my own- no spot), J-full ups, switch ups, inversions with full down-- all at extension level, I'm on the Varsity Gameday team, and can run a mile without stopping now, I'm the captain of JV and call chants most of the time. If any of yall feel discouraged- like you feel like your not improving or are just super overwhelmed- give it time- I made all that progress even after fracturing my radial last year- Please be patient with yourself and know that progress is not linear- - in art, physical ability, or academic ability love yall <3
