ANATHEMA: GREAT BEAST OF GRAVITY! CREATURE OF THE EDGE OF THE SKY. As close to an actual alien as one can have in Pendia, basically. A quiet, scholarly persona. A mask. You talk to nothing but a thinly veiled maw, a darkness that left unchecked would consume everything it ever encounters.
Functionally, only change is this: ANATHEMA: has 90% less health than the average entity, but never takes fatal damage until their shell is destroyed or abandoned. Their shell is essentially bonus health that can be regenerated or increased by consuming more mass, and there's no upper limit to how much bonus HP can be gained (other than the total amount of mass in the universe of course). This serves to explain why Anathema explodes and where their 'conventional' body is. Separating Anathema from their shell is impossible. The gravity field they use to keep themself bound to it is incredibly strong. Pulling them out would be like trying to rip the singularity out of a black hole: the shell will just move with them as though they're one thing. Anathema is literally just an overlarge cell-like goober. They even have internal structures similar in appearance to organelles. The cell itself can heal very quickly by leeching slivers of energy off the shell. Since it's ALWAYS doing this, killing Anathema before you break the shell is basically impossible. Even if you by some miracle HIT the cell, the damage will be healed in an absurdly short amount of time (nanoseconds at most). Anathema can also shed their shell in a controlled mass of plasma, creating a blinding flare. Doing this is really rather inconvenient as gathering a NEW shell will take a lot of mass. I do have a way to gather a lot of mass VERY fast, but that's one of my secret strategies and I won't be sharing that yet. (spire hehe but I have an even better way too.)
