I haven’t been on Scratch in about… five months? A ton has happened since then. First of all, I’m in 8th grade now! I think it was still summer last time I posted. It’s actually already halfway through the school year, like how? I’m currently taking Algebra 1 and will be taking Geometry pretty soon. I ran a half marathon in August! I’m so proud of myself. It took more than three (exhausting) hours, but I’m really glad I did it. I also did a season of cross country this fall, which was honestly a lot more difficult, since we have to run a few miles each day and not a longer run once a week. Speaking of sports, I had (another) lacrosse season! I was the only goalie this year, and my team got second place in one of our three tournaments. We also had auditions callbacks and a ton of rehearsals for our musical, Frozen. I got a callback for Elsa (after months of preparation and practice!) but got casted as a handmaiden, which - okay, I was disappointed, but it’s still been really fun and the girl who was cast as Elsa is really talented.
