This is Lila (the) Shadow Wolf. An another OC I made using both Shadow Man (from Mega Man) and Whisper (from the IDW Sonic Comics) as references. LOORREEE: She grew up in a poor state with her mother, and would always do anything to help her after her father ditched both of them to protect the "nation" that didn't deserve protecting and therefore, never came back for them, and to make matters worse, when her mother got ill, Lila tried to save her mother but was too late.
