The floor is colder than usual as you sit in the dimly lit room, heart palpitating. Glancing at the clock once more, you sigh, seeing that only a few moments have passed. Yet your thoughts are interrupted by the loudspeaker above crackling to life and a monotone voice resounding throughout the narrow room...calling your name. All the other tributes' eyes dart to you. Some are fearful, and some are envious, but all will enter the room eventually. It is simply your turn. As the door opens before you, you dip inside the room quietly, only to be met with piercing gusts of air and a bright flash of light. Padding forward, you notice that the room is so dark that there is little to no visibility, and in addition, it is below freezing. The only light source appears to be strobing lights above, which are impossible to reach, but they do provide some heat. The light flashes once more, and you catch a glimpse of the Gamemakers, lined up behind their precious window, bundled up in parkas and wearing thermal goggles. Before all goes dark, a Gamemaker eating shrimp nods at you- it's go time. --- Write a short closed roleplay based on the prompt/description provided above to be entered in the Gamemakers. The Gamemakers are the biggest opportunity for your tribute to up their sponsor chances, graded based on a hidden rubric out of 12 points. Meaning, the Gamemaker CRP is not based on the quality of writing, but rather, how your tribute interacts with the environment and shows off their skills. Gamemakers will be due 12/30 at the end of the day. You will likely receive a grade in the following week. Extensions are not offered as all training events are optional; this is a hard deadline to ensure the round goes by smoothly without mods having to backtrack and possibly extend the training time. Do not forget: you must remix this project, with your tribute's name first in the title, and post your entry to be considered. Otherwise, your entry will not be read or graded.
