in honor of Christmas eve tomorrow, I'll share some tips on how to fall asleep fast on Christmas!! the night before Christmas eve: -stay up late and set an alarm it doesn't matter what time, as long as something is telling you to wake up; i usually stay up until 1:00- 3:00 the day of Christmas eve: -stay active during the day you can go on a run, work out, do chores, or anything else that makes you tired! -avoid caffeine that day i know it's hard lol but it wil 100% make you fall asleep faster that night! -take a warm bath or shower this will tell your body that it is time to go to bed -avoid electronics 1-2 hours before you fall asleep put them away completely because chances are you will wake up on your own with no alarm, or someone will wake you up -read a book find a book and just read! it won't take long before you get too tired -make your bed really comfortable add extra blankets and pillows for a comfy night's sleep -make your room colder than normal a cold room will make you want to fall asleep faster and calm you down i hope these helped!
