first of all, thank you for 750+ followers !! second of all, yes, i was gone for a while and yes, this is really low quality (i promise the actual COTA won't be) but that's for a reason: my mental health has been kinda deteriorating but i got in the psych ward and now it's getting better, though i probably won't be very active on scratch for at least the next month. now to the fun part: this is my first ever COTA or collab OTA, or rather the signups for that a COTA works the same way as a normal OTA (you can offer art for the designs up for adopt) except those designs will all be made by different artists and you can sign up to be one !!
