The Baltics are gone, and Belarus and Moldova prepare to break away as Moscow weakens. Across the ocean, the Americans sees opportunity, to spread Freedom and Democracy. The Balkans have their own mess, Yugoslavia has started to fall apart as well, as ethic groups and governments argue over control of regions. In the East, China watches carefully, learning from the collapse(s). Borders blur, power shifts, and Communism stands at a breaking point. The Socialist world is dying, and what replaces it is undecided.
