Use the left and right arrow keys to move. Not mobile friendly, sorry! Click cats to interact with them. Click pawprints to change between areas. Click your nest to sleep. Fighting and hunting are both explained in-game. When you are asked a question, answer "y" for yes and "n" for no. When your mother asks your gender, answer "m" for male/tom, "f" for female/she-cat, and "x" (or anything other than m or f) for non-binary. When your mother asks your name, only give the prefix. This should be one word, typical of the Warriors series (Stone, Leaf, Dark, etc.). There are three mate possibilities! Unfortunately, kits are not an option yet, but might be added later. Each day has an objective! If you aren't sure what you need to do, click your nest--if you have fulfilled your objective, you will sleep; if not, it will tell you what you need to do. If you fail the boss battle--you start the day over again. Don't worry. Thistlesight and Lightstone are non-binary. If you can’t handle that, don’t play the game. Enjoy!
All code, art, and story by me. Everything drawn on FireAlpaca. Music is Mouth of the River (Instrumental) by Imagine Dragons. The concept of Warriors belongs to Erin Hunter. Inspired by all the warriors games on here from my childhood, specifically those by @Wildflight, @moss-shadow, @Raiindrop, @sunshadow49, @Dragongirl59, and probably more that I have missed! This game was particularly inspired by @Wildflight's BayClan games. Oh boy. Yap time. I made the first version of this game five and a half years ago, and let's be honest, it was bad. So bad I decided to redo it about a year later (though most of what I did was change the art). It was still pretty bad. During my winter break, I was bored, and instead of working on my homework, I decided to completely revamp the game. I had been working on a v3 a couple of years ago, but I figured it would be better to just start over. This is the result! I made this by locking in very hard over a two-week period and working on it every day, and I'm honestly quite pleased with it. I haven't undertaken a project of this scale in a while, and I wasn't expecting it to go so well. If you've played the original two versions, I hope you look at this and admire the progress! If you haven't, I don't recommend it haha. Here, have a list of all the changes I made so you don't have to play them! - Way better art. - Improved transitions between areas - More areas - More cats - Improved fighting system - Fighting with cats other than Kestrelpaw - Cats age at a stable rate - Changed a couple of names (Kestrelwing to Kestrelfur, Aspenleaf to Aspenstep, Moonlight to Moonspring, your nameless mother to Silverstreak) - An actual plot - An actual game end - Improved dialogue system - Improved passage of time - Improved ceremonies - You get to train an apprentice - Added Non-binary option - Added Kestrelfur mate option - Removed Ashheart mate option (that is an old man) tags (ignore)
