Dragon doesn't want to go to bed, so he shoots a laser beam at the moon. No moon means no night. No night means he doesn't need to go to sleep. He doesn't have to go to sleep means he has more free time. More free time means more pranks. More pranks means more laser beam. More laser beam means it starts all over again.
