Parasect's best result is 5th place in World Championships, but Rayquaza's best result is 11th in Regional Championships. The dragon has worse results than the mushroom bug. I know these results are 2 generations apart from each other, and there were less broken Pokemon in Gen 5 Pokemon, but still, Parasect having a better result than Rayquaza is so weird.
