okay-- so in my head this design was a lot cooler. Her hair is supposed to be partly octopus tentacles, if you can't tell- I'm not really sure how well that translated. her pants are the harem style that are semi-open on the outsides, but tied together sorta thing. those ties and weird sash thing are both supposed to be fishing nets. she was inspired by a pirate, hence the shirt and pants. she has a small dagger-- which isn't very visible. ---- I think I had a wonderful idea, but my execute wasn't very good. backstory/lore ideas: pirate captain that got drowned who now permanently lives in the ocean and causes other ships to wreck
