By 1980, the performance car world was heating up quickly. Car manufacturers were pushing horsepower and top speeds into new territory. Senticy was left with two options: caution, or ambition. Their answer was the Peregrine. Rather than chasing mass production, Senticy built just 20 cars, each handbuilt by a small engineering team working under what insiders later called the Silent Program. With support from Cosworth, Senticy secured a small batch of DFV-derived V8 engines, units never originally meant for road use and re-engineered them for civilian use. The goal wasn’t volume; it was prestige. The Peregrine was made to show that Senticy could compete with the world’s best using race-bred engineering, not gimmicks. Official records are sparse, early test data is incomplete, and Senticy has never fully clarified the program’s scope. This only adds to the Peregrine’s reputation as a car that existed briefly, deliberately, and without explanation. This is by far the best art I’ve ever drawn. I’m so happy with how it turned out! I originally started this project to experiment with drawing fictional cars in quarter view. I’ve tried this before, but those were traced and were exact replicas of actual cars. This time, I did use a reference image to get the perspective, but every single line and curve was done by me in a scratch vector editor (not Illustrator this time), and it turned out so well. Also i owe @TheTrashScratchMaker for coming up the sick name Song - Kickstart My Heart - Mötley Crüe PS - while i was drawing, great deal of inspiration was taken from the Vector W8, Dodge M4S concept, Merc C111 and the Isdera Imperator ötley üe
