Hey everyone! Let's begin!! First part: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1255847506 Previous: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1255875765 Ladybug and Chat Noir jumped over rooftops, Chat looking at his partner with concern. She hadn't said a thing since they had left the classroom, and she looked emotionless. Like she had endured so many emotions in the last few months that this barely affected her at all, except making her slightly more miserable than she already was. Chat decided she couldn't fight in this state. "M'lady...?" Chat asked hesitantly. Ladybug looked at him, trying to put a fake smile on. He saw right through it. "Y-Yes, Chaton?" Her voice lacked much emotion, but he could tell she was trying to hide the fact that she was on the verge of tears. Chat stopped jumping over the rooftops towards the akuma, and grabbed her hand, stopping her too. "C-Chat we need to f-fight the villain, let's go..." she said quietly. He looked into her eyes, then pulled her close into a hug. She was stiff in for a moment, then hesitantly relaxed into his arms. "Let it out..." he told her. Ladybug looked at him, blank expression still apparent. He pleaded with her silently, just from a desperate look in his eyes, to let her emotions out, silently vowing it would make her feel better. Her expression changed. It went from no feeling to looking like she was about to break down. She bit her lip, holding back a sob, her eyes tearing up. "Don't hold back..." he told her. The dam broke. She sobbed uncontrollably into his suit, screaming her misery and pain. She screamed for the injustice of being deemed jealous of a bully. She screamed for losing a classroom full of friends in a single day. She screamed for Chat, who deserved a happy, carefree girlfriend, and not the emotional mess she was. She screamed for losing her best friend. She screamed for her mother, who hadn't uttered a single word since her fathers funeral a few months prior. She screamed for her dad, who didn't deserve to die in a car crash, trying to surprise she and her mom with flowers, but ending up in the hospital. He didn't deserve to die like that. He deserved to die in old age, with family surrounding him. She screamed for the fact that he wouldn't be there for her. Wouldn't be there for graduation. Wouldn't be there for her wedding. Wouldn't be there to meet his future grandkids. Wouldn't be there to see her grow up, to encourage her like he always did. She screamed for herself, an empty shell of what used to be the happiest girl in Paris. She fell to the floor, still in Chat's embrace, and he dropped with her, holding her tight. They were in the same position that they couldn't remember, in Chat Blanc when Chat saved Marinette from being akumatized and hugs her. It broke Chat to see her like this. He wanted to cry too. But his Lady needed something to lean on. Support. Not an ugly-crying cat. It took ten minutes, but she finally sniffed, seemingly out of tears. Chat rubbed her back soothingly. "Do you feel better now, Bug?" He asked her quietly. She nodded slightly, not trusting herself to speak. "Say something?" He asked her pleadingly, wanting to make sure she was really okay. She didn't want to. She wanted to go mute forever like her mother did, not letting anyone come into her heart just to break it. But she knew Chat would be miserable. She knew he loved her and wanted her to be happy. So she took a shaky breath and muttered very quietly. "...yes..." He barely heard her, but it was enough for him for now. He stood up, helped her to stand, and once she had gained her balance, they leaped over to the villain. They heard an evil cackle. "MWAHAHA!! I am Mousinator! So my roommate doesn't want a mouse as a pet, KNOWING they're my favorite animal!? Well, now everyone gets to be a mouse, and she doesn't have a choice but to respect that! Mousinator yelled. They fought, dodging her blasts. They were winning. They had led her to a place in Paris where no one was there. Civilians were safe. Ladybug jumped to kick the villain, but was distracted when she saw someone mid-leap. Alya. She had the nerve to record the akuma battle, knowing her fan blog was about her ex best friend. In Ladybug's distraction, the akuma took the opportunity to shoot a blast her way. Chat yelled in alarm. "M'LADY WATCH OUT!!!" Ladybug turned to the villain, with just enough time for her eyes to widen before being hit by the blast. Chat's pupils dilated. "NO!!" He turned to Alya, grabbing her phone in rage. She whimpered, wondering what he was doing. He looked into the camera, addressing the live feed. "Hey, fans! I just want to tell you that Alya has been bullying Ladybug for months!" Alya looked horrified, unable to move, and the chat section blew up in rage. Chat continued. "So if you are a true fan of our work, please unsubscribe to the Ladyblog and stop going to her blog." He told the phone. Scroll to credits!
Alya snatched the phone back in horror, just in time to witness her phone blowing up in notification after notification of people unsubscribing. Alya gasped. Her life's work was ruined. She could never become a reporter now. She ran away in tears. Chat huffed in satisfaction, then searched for his love bug. "M'lady!! M'lady!!! Bugaboo, where are you!!?" He yelled desperately, tears filling his eyes. He heard a squeak. He looked down and saw a mouse wearing... earrings?! Chat's breath hitched. "M'lady? Is that you?" He asked, approaching the mouse. The mouse, Marinette, squeaked in alarm and sprinted to find a hiding place. Chat did a face palm. "Oh boy... she doesn't remember me, and she's a mouse while I'm a cat, her greatest predator! Of course she's scared..." he looked at the mouse sympathetically, guilty about what he was about to do. He leaped into a nearby mouse catching company's shop, and grabbed a net, promising to bring it back later. He found Mousinette's hiding place, and looked her in the eye. "I am sooo sorry for what I'm about to do..." he apologized to her. But it was the ONLY way. He took the net and trapped her with it. She squeaked, terrified. Chat leapt onto her balcony, and grabbed a jar that was on a table there. He gently placed the jar over Mousinette so she wouldn't escape. She squeaked and squeaked, trying to find a way out in a panic. Chat realized she would definitely be more afraid of a cat than a person. He detransformed. Plagg appeared, but realized they needed a moment and stayed silent for once. Mousinette curled up into a ball, afraid of the strange green light. He knelt down to the jar. "I'm sorry for scaring you..." he told her gently. She squeaked again, this time less out of terror and more out of curiousity. He kissed the jar. "I'll fix everything, Bug- er, little mouse. I promise." The mouse simply looked at him as he transformed back into Chat Noir. He looked at her one last time before leaping over to the villain. The fight lasted a few seconds. Chat was so determined during the fight that it ended that quickly. He cataclysmed the akuma, but had no way to repair the damage inflicted. The only way he could was if he could get Mousinette's earrings. He was afraid though. Taking the earrings by force would hurt the mouse, and he couldn't bear to do that, cure or no cure. He would have to gain her trust enough for her to allow him to take the earrings and fix everything. And that was a task he was willing to try. Part 3 is doneee! Hope ya liked it!!
