I got repeatedly spammed (3 SCREENSHOTS BTW) by this little kid accusing me of dumb things for simply saying that the "meme reset" won't work and old memes and new memes are equally garbage. And this gave me an idea. A simple block button. The scratch team wouldn't have to moderate as much, and arguments can be ended quickly. It's an easy solution to a big problem on this site. It'd simply work by making the blocked user unable to comment or reply to anything the original user says. This wouldn't make the original user immune to reports from the blocked user though. Users can also report if they believe they've been blocked with poor reasoning, which would further balance things out.
