May 14, 1999. 12:00 PM A mysterious rip-off Nick channel came in 1999. Parents have reported that the cartoon the childrens are watching is the same show but in a weird way, Not in a bizzare way. Some of the kids got nightmares and some are not. Unfortunately, the channel didn't get suspended. Yes this is when Noe (kciN) wasn't scary or smth.
