Hey everyone, Victor here. So, as some of you know, 1 year ago, to the day, driven by insomnia, went through my Scratch unreleased project list for inspiration. During this search, I found the original concept project for Objectively Insane (an almost failed object show). Then, I decided to just see how far I could get if I took this seriously. So, I snatched the old assets, cleaned ’em up, quickly made an animation (with a song that I made at random one day), and made some quick bios. Then I posted it, copied the link, and contacted a Ms. Brynn (@ST4RZ_Rc00L); a friend of mine who shared a liking for object shows. When I messaged her, I didn’t expect much. Especially not how quickly she was on board! Within 2 hours of me reviving the concept, she was already auditioning! I’m extremely grateful for her still being here since day one, and for helping out when I need it (hell, without her, I’d be doing storyboards, and well, I can get very impatient when storyboarding as I tend to hand draw them). But, enough meandering; I know why you’re all here. You’re curious about the future of OI. Well, here’s the sitch. Objectively Insane as of the 1st January 2026, at 00:00 (the one year marker since the revival of OI), “Objectively Insane!” is… not canceled, and I have some updates about episodes 1a and 1b. 1. Scripts are completed (I pulled multiple all-nighters, and had to rewrite an episode from scratch, but they are done)! 2. By February 14th, work for both episodes will have started. 3. I have release dates in mind (THESE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE). Episode 1a should be out between 7th June and 9th July 2026 (these dates are extremely subject to change due to Band camp) Episode 1b should be out between 27th September and 17th October 2026. Once again, this is a rough outline, NOT FINAL! So saddle up, partner. Because Objectively Insane is ready, and they ain’t backing down! With that, have a happy new year everyone. Byeeeeeeeeee! :3
