rules: no being too OP!!!! only @iiGLITCHALT / @iiredapples2 can edit the rulez no metagaming >:( you can do batch years, just dont make your country invade everything (unfair!!) dont edit the continents (unless theres a reason, continental drift is NOT a valid reason.) you can however create islands. if someone says remixing/dibs and takes too long, ask if you can takeover. If they say yes or don't respond, you can remix. describe everything that happens in the backdrop it's recommended to use the line tool if you're expanding/creating a nation
btw how the waterspace works is that if your not from talllgrass territory(exception of 41 land) you will have to go through security, which is their patrol boats. though thats only when your in some type of water tranportation, if you swim you'll be fine
